Ivobase Full Dentures
IvoBase Injector permits a fully automated, controlled injection and polymerization procedure of special PMMA resins which are coordinated with the system. The chemical shrinkage of the resin is entirely compensated during polymerization ‒ thanks to the patented temperature control in the flask and the heater. This enables the fabrication of denture bases featuring high accuracy of fit and precision.
IvoBase dentures shows a very low amount of monomer residue shortly after polymerization. Due to pressure-heat polymerization, a strong bond to the teeth is established. Precision results are attained quickly with the IvoBase Injector.

Vitallium Partials

Acrylic Stayplate
The Stayplate is also known as a “Flipper”, and is the least expensive of all the removable partial dentures. The Stayplate is made from high impact acrylic (the same acrylic as in full dentures) and with either two ball clasps or two wrought wire clasps. The advantage of the stayplate is that it is very easy to remove or add teeth to the partial with small professional treatment.
Hard/ Soft Nightguard
This guard type combines two layers of material (a soft inside and a hard acrylic outside). It’s going to be a bit thicker than the hard acrylic guard. This nightime guard can handle heavy jaw clenching/teeth grinding. The soft plastic is comfortable against the teeth and the hard outside acts as a protective shell.
Hard Nightguard
The hard acrylic-like night guard is small & low profile yet very durable. It is generally recommended for moderate to extreme grinders/clenchers or persons suffering from TMJ.
